  • Level 1 Aerial Silks

    Level 1 Aerial Silks Foundations

    Curious about the aerial discipline? We will teach you from the ground up. Level 1 Silks Foundations is the perfect place to learn the aerial language, build strength, and gain balance. All in a safe and structured environment that was built for the Sacramento circus community.

    Level 1 Hammock

    Level 1 Hammock is another great place to explore your creative side, challenge your mind, and build strength. In this beginner class you’ll learn foundational skills, safety, and basic wraps in the comfort of our aerial hammocks.

    Acro in Lines

    Draven has created this session to practice your skills in safety lines. Expect foot to hand, hand to hand, and more; covering everything from intro skills to dynamics. While a primary partner isn't necessary, booking with someone else to train is requested. Don't worry, drills will be adjusted to skill level of partners. Come train in a space full of like-minded friends with one goal in mind: improve stability, strength, and endurance.

    Aerial Rope

    Join Patty and venture into the world of Aerial Rope! Also known as cordelisse, these movements can be translated to partner acts on Spanish Web. The sky is indeed the limit!

    Pre-reqs: climb x 3, and invert from the ground to start. Form fitting yoga type apparel required. No spray rosin permitted for this apparatus.

    Open Aerial Gyms & Open Silks

    Do you know your stuff and need a climate controlled environment to train?

    Staff will be present to ensure students warm up properly and practice safely. This is a self-guided opportunity to train, so train like the professional you are and have a plan.

    Includes all apparatus except chains. If you’d like to bring your own apparatus, send us a note!

    Level 1 Lyra

    This Level 1 class is about building strength, balance, and technique for ages 14+*. This class is meant to cater to those new to Lyra, or aerial. We can show you the basics of getting in and out of the hoop, how to get from the low bar to the top bar and vice versa - as well as learn tricks and flows that can be modified for all strength and skill levels.

    Limit 2 students per lyra.

    Mat Yoga

    Join us for 60 minutes of Yoga for aerialists (though everyone is welcome)! Meet yourself on your mat in this all levels adaptive Yoga class.

    Wind down your evening with Anna for an intentional flow class with slower movements, long hold stretches, and poses to enhance your connection with yourself. This class aims to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

    Come as you are, all levels and all bodies welcome.

    -please bring your own mat and water.

    Aerial Flow

    Usually on Saturdays at 10:30am, our Flow classes are a great opportunity to practice what you've learned and string poses and sequences together. Here we give you the time to put it all together in a "Flow" so you can practice your musicality, learn choreography, and work on drops
